How does Infinity work?
Simple - show your Infinity card at the box office to get a ticket for the film you want to see or book online. You can also show your card at our refreshment counters and get 25% off everything except alcohol.
Can I book in advance online?
Yes. Simply browse our website, find the film you want to see at the time you want to see it, and book in the normal way. We normally release film times on a Monday afternoon for the following Friday to Thursday, but some previews and premieres may be available for booking sooner. Also keep an eye on your inbox for exclusive Infinity Previews!
Your Infinity card allows you to have 2 advance bookings at any one time.
Can I watch all films for free?
Yes. The only screenings that you cannot access using your Infinity card are event cinema screenings. These are usually, but not exclusively, theatre, opera, ballet sport or music events.
IMAX and IMAX 3D Experience screenings are included in your membership, where available, but may carry an additional charge per ticket. See your local cinema site for more information on IMAX availability and pricing.
How do I claim my 25% discount on food and drink?
Just show your Infinity card, or the QR Code on a print-out or your smartphone, at the refreshment counter. Your discount will be applied to all snacks and drinks, but doesn't apply to alcohol, items from The Lounge at Addlestone or Wafflesticks.
How do I find out about upcoming films and offers?
Sign up for The Light's newsletter at www.lightcinemas.co.uk and we will send you regular information about what's on, or keep checking our website.
How do I cancel my membership?
Your Infinity membership lasts for a minimum of 12 months and you can pay the whole year up front or in monthly instalments by Direct Debit.
You may cancel your membership and receive a full refund if you contact the Infinity Helpdesk within 15 days of your membership starting, providing you haven't used it to see a film or claim any discount on food and drink.
Once the "cooling off" period has passed, or you have used your membership to see a film or have claimed a discount on food and drink, you are committed to a minimum of 12 months' membership and the associated membership fees.
After 12 months, you are free to cancel your membership at any time by contacting the Infinity Helpdesk and giving one month's notice.
